We are focusing our efforts on saving this historic Golf Course and FarmHouse

The  Golf  Course  itself  was  established  in  1904,  which  makes  it  one  of  the  oldest  golf  courses  in  the  commonwealth  and  in  the  country.    It  was  the  home  course  for  the  US  Secretary  of  State  George  Shultz,  and  his  family.


We  see  the  preservation  of  the  Golf  Course  as  the  driving  force  of  the  need  to  drive  revenue  to  the  properties.    


The 1820 Greek Revival Farmhouse Needs some upgrades

The  Velvet  restaurant  resides  in  the  1820s  Greek  Revival  Farmhouse  that  sits  at  the  crest  of  the  ridge  It  has  undergone  renovation  of  the  bar,  dining  room,  restrooms,  pro  shop,  kitchen  and  grounds  and  is  now  100%  ADA  Compliant.
